What if my credit score isn't perfect?

Many landlords with a flexible qualification criteria consider various factors beyond just credit scores, especially if you have stable revenue and good rental history.

How do I secure a rental once approved?

Once approved, you will typically be required to pay a security deposit and the first month's rent. Our team will guide you through the payment process.

What will be included in the rental agreement?

The rental agreement will detail terms such as rent amount, rental  duration, responsibilities of tenant and landlord, and any specific rules for the property. We ensure full transparency.

What if I need to break my lease early?

Most of our properties are rented out by the month, not with a lease, so breaking a lease is usually not an issue. Paying the rent on time and being caught up with the rent before move out is the honorable thing to do.

Lease agreements have specific clauses regarding early termination. We recommend discussing this with the landlord directly as per your agreement.

When do I receive my keys?

You will receive your keys on the agreed-upon move-in date, typically after all financial obligations are met and the rental agreement is fully executed.

Where can I view the rental agreement?

The rental agreement can be reviewed at the time of the initial showing of the property for rent.

What if I have maintenance issues?

Our rental agreements usually require the tenant to be responsible for the cost of minor maintenance issues, and the landlord being responsible for the cost of maintenance issues of $500 or more that are not the result of the tenant's activity.
